Where is your office located?
My office is at 3815 Lisbon Street, Suite 202, Fort Worth, TX 76107. If you are coming from I-30 Westbound, exit onto Montgomery St and turn south. Then, turn right onto the first street, Locke Ave. Take the first left onto Landers St. Our building is on the corner of Landers and Lisbon. It is a red brick, two-story building from the 1970s, located directly behind Whataburger and Taco Bell.
How often will I attend counseling?
Treatment is individualized; sessions can range from weekly to biweekly or monthly, depending on your needs.
How much do sessions cost?
Self-pay or out of network cost is $150.00 per session
Do you provide couples counseling?
I do not currently provide couples counseling.
Do you accept BCBS of TX HMO’s?
Many BCBS HMO plans contract out mental and behavioral health coverage. When this occurs, I am no longer in-network. However, I would be happy to see you as an out-of-network provider at the standard session rate.
What methods of treatment do you provide?
I practice a holistic approach and believe in meeting clients where they are at with areas including and not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Developmental Approach, Trauma-informed, and Attachment-based.
What is your cancelation policy?
An appointment must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. If an appointment is at 1 PM on Tuesday, it must be canceled by 1 PM on Monday. Cancellations made outside this 24-hour window will incur a fee of $75.00.
