One-on-one session to explore clients internal world. Adolescent (minor) clients will have parent consult sessions to aid in facilitating support. Providing a safe and confidential space.
Teens are facing more and more difficulties with social media, college planning and peer dynamics. I can support your teen exploring healthy boundaries, building strong relationships and positive communication.

One=on-one session to explore clients internal world.
Provided in a safe and support environment. Facing motherhood, fatherhood, parent guilt, works stress, blending family, life transitions? All provided unique difficulties. Sessions will explore triggers, understanding of body awareness and building healthy skills.
Together we will get curious regarding past traits and coping tools to find beneficial new tools.
You are not alone in therapy, imagine hopping in a car exploring your life and you are in control and we together work on supporting you to live your life.
